What happens during the free 30-minute trial session?
During the trial session, the tutor will interview the student to understand their learning needs and goals. A brief oral and written assessment may be conducted to evaluate skill levels. You are welcome to bring previous work samples to use as writing examples. The primary purpose of this session is to develop a personalized tutoring plan tailored to the student.

Can I skip the 30-minute trial and start tutoring immediately?
Yes, you may begin tutoring sessions immediately if you prefer. The 30-minute trial is optional. Please note that only the trial session is offered free of charge.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept e-transfers, PayPal, and cash payments.

What happens if I cannot attend a scheduled class?
We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. However, we understand that emergencies and illness occur unexpectedly. In such cases, we do not charge for missed sessions. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
